Sales Agents

Reports to: Marketing And Sales Supervisor

Location: Branch / Outreach

Age: 25 years and below



Areas of Operation

KYAPS branches of Butare, Katerera, Rutookye, Ishaka, Rubaare, Kihihi, Mwenge, Biguli, Kasheshero, Mbarara, Bitooma, Ntungamo, Rwimi, and Kyenjojo.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales targets and implement sales strategies.

  2. Contact potential and existing customer.

  3. Handle customer questions, inquiries and compliments.

  4. Handle customer questions, inquiries and compliments.

  5. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  6. Participate in sales team meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  2. Should at least possess 1 principle pass at A’ level.

  3. Should have passed O’level with grade 1, 2 and or 3.

  4. Sales experience is an added advantage.

  1. Good team work skills.

  2. Excellent communication skills.

  3. Creativity and writing skills.

  4. Strong business and analytical skills

  5. Should be self driven

  6. High level of integrity
